The clients. The creative ruts. The big ideas. The money stuff. The comparison spirals. The wins. The “wait, is this normal?” texts. And all the parts of building a creative life that don't fit neatly into an Instagram caption.
Eventually, we realized we probably weren't the only photographers having those conversations.
So we made a place to have them together.

We love photography education. We just think the best kind feels less like a lecture and more like a conversation with photographer friends who get it.
Perfectly Unposed is a place to learn about the business, creative, and very human sides of being a photographer. We share what we’ve learned, talk through what’s working, bring in conversations that teach us something new, and get honest about the things we’re still figuring out ourselves.
Because building a business while staying creative can be messy. You change your mind. You make mistakes. You try something new. You celebrate the weirdly specific wins only another photographer would understand.
We don’t have every answer, and that’s kind of the point.
This is a place to learn, laugh, ask questions, swap ideas, share what’s working, admit what isn’t, and figure it out together.

Miranda is the calm presence in the room. She’s deeply artistic, thoughtful, and drawn to the honest, unscripted parts of photography and life. The kind of person who notices the little things and genuinely cares about making people feel seen, included, and understood ♡
She brings the thoughtfulness, the follow-through, and a grounded perspective to even the messiest conversations. Equal parts creative and practical, she’s usually the one reminding us that we probably don’t need to spiral about it.

Kimberly is usually somewhere between her newest big idea and figuring out how to make it happen. She loves the strategy behind building a creative business almost as much as she loves actually making things, and she’s endlessly curious about why something works, how it could work better, and what everyone else is doing about it.
She brings the big ideas, the questions everyone else was probably thinking, and approximately seventeen tabs open at any given moment.
